Good care, but beware: they charge an extra 25 bucks for "after hours services" (even on Saturday afternoon) that insurance doesn't cover because it's redundant for urgent care. I will just make an appointment with the pediatrician for stitches next time.

I am a case manager and had a client who injured his back lifting a tv. He could not get into to see his primary doctor until mid November. We called Med Express to make sure they took his insurance, which they did. They were able to diagnose his problem and gave him a steroid injection and several prescriptions for anti inflammatory meds and a muscle relaxer which helped him tremendously. I would definitely recommend MedExpress!!! The staff was amazing ...compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable!! Thank you Med Express ...a much needed medical facility that cares!
Highly recommended! Went there when I was sick, and received very good service. Also they even called me a few days after to check up on me and even called in another script to help. Definitely recommend!!
Never had an issue till now! My last experience here was great but definitely not today! The lady ran my ID card twice because she told me I had a particular insurance and I was pretty sure I didn’t but she convinced me I did. I’m waiting awhile and the nurse finally calls out Amanda and looks at me and I’m like I’m not Amanda and she’s like well that’s weird come back here and let’s figure this out so she’s like what’s your name and date of birth and social security and I tell her and she’s like oh you’re not Amanda so and so can’t give out her info but you get it. The nurse gave me her first and last name and than says you don’t still live at 39 so and so and I’m like no. So than the lady at the registration came back and told me there was a mix up. Like how’s that possible when I gave you my ID card and you ran it twice! They gave me the address of where this lady lives!!! All they kept saying was sorry and this lady whom I assume is a nurse who’s name is Jennifer had such a bad attitude and acted like it was nothing and like I should just get over it! Well you gave out someone’s personal info to a stranger! She probably would be upset knowing that you gave out her address to a stranger and you told me I had this insurance and I knew I didn’t but because you ran my ID twice you convinced me I did! These people are ridiculous and don’t want to own up to their mistakes! My aunt and mom both have worked at hospitals and I definitely know they just messed up! My aunt was the head of HR at one time so don’t act like I’m dumb and beneath you because I’m not and that’s how they tried to treat me! They just want their mistake swept under the rug but they definitely will be hearing from me soon!
