Horrible Customer Service! When I ordered tile, they told me it would take 1 week to get in. After two months of waiting for it to come in, I demanded a refund. Not once did they contact me about the issue. I would have to call them. It took two weeks to get the refund and then they refused to refund the $100 shipping charge.
Called to get a price on tile. Young girl had no clue even with brand name and complete description. She was in the back of the store so she suggested I call back. Not happening! Same girl that would not let me take any sample home but promised someone would call me on Monday. No one ever called. Quality products but no service
