We recently purchased Samsung black stainless kitchen appliances which had a $200 rebate. I filled out the rebate as directed and even had assistance from Lowes Customer service. I received a notice in the mail from Samsung declining my rebate for unknown reasons.
Everytime I've had an issue Lowes has always worked to resolve it in a positive way. By far Lowes of Kokomo service and personnel are their greatest asset.
Prices are a little high. But they have a great variety
I should have gone to him first rather than spend 45 minutes wandering the isles. A good lesson learned to be sure!
I went to my Lowes in Kokomo for help. Becky at customer service called Samsung and received the same issues. After 20 minutes of debating with the rep Becky said Lowes would credit me the rebate amount off my purchase. She said Samsung had no answer why they wouldnt give the debate when clearly we qualified.
I love Lowe's lawn and garden department. I bought a basket of gorgeous pansies for less than $10.00! They have many plants for $5.00 or less that just need some TLC. I really appreciate that Lowe's offers these TLC plants instead of throwing them away. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. We found the bifold doors we wanted for $12.00 cheaper than Menards, too.

Customer Service is very poor! Bought a John Deere tractor with extended warranty for over $200.00, that was a big joke! We had it service for the end of summer and was charged $254.00!! When I called to complain. ..they apologize! That apology was not worth $254.00!!!! Don't buy the warranty, because it's worthless! !!
