Always a good experience at this Salon and Spa! Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly, and on the cutting edge of fashion! The spa is just as wonderful with certified, caring massage therapists and estheticians!
I went to get a loose spiral perm and came out with a perm from the 90s. It was super tight and not ALL of my hair was even curly, I still had straight pieces in my hair. AND it was fried! Not to mention the girl also messed up my cut and it was really uneven, she also cut my bangs and started them so far back (from the middle of my head)... I will NEVER go back, which is sad because the one lady that used to color my hair did such a good job. But after all of this they did offer to do conditioning treatments and to fix the cut, but only if the same girl did it... I ended up asking for my money back, even just the perm portion since they did fix my cut and they refused. I've never had someone mess my hair up so badly as the girl who did it and she will never go near my hair again.
I love Sutdio 520 ! I have been going there for about 4 years. Anna is very smart and teaches Wella color all over the US!
