I have never wrote a review about any place before however I am compelled to share my experience with this place. First of all they said that I could only get my hair cut the way that they wanted to do it. Then after I gave in just to get it done they said that I had too much dandruff for them to cut it and to wash it with a dandruff shampoo and come back!! I left there and went to the SmartStyle salon at Walmart and they washed it and cut it and said that my hair was fine and that they could not think of any reason that this place would have to say such a thing to me. I give this place a F- for customer service and courtesy and will never go back. I will go to the SmartStyle salon in Walmart nin the future and suggest anyone in Kokomo to avoid this place
