I love to be able to go into a store that employees friendly and non-agressive sales people. I know customer service is a lost art and is filled with the I don't give a care your in my store and your bothering me attitude people. At Granny's we were welcomed by everyone from the employees to the owners that are so very helpful. We needed a new bedroom suite and Stan ( owner) took the time to walk us over the entire store to find just the right pieces for us and spending hours helping us to be completely satisfied. We couldn't make up our mind and spent several trips in to get the right furniture...Once again Stan, stops what he is doing and take care of us. I could not be more pleased with the selections we made. I cannot see why people would spend their hard earned money at the big box store. We and our family, have bought several pieces from Granny's and they still look and feel brand new, the quality is second to none. When we bought our furniture it was ordered and delivered BEFORE the expected date. Once again Stan promised it to us in 3 weeks and we got it 10 days after the order. In today's world you get what you pay for and Customer Service is everything. We take comfort in doing business with Good Honest, Truthful and Knowledgeable People. Thank you Granny's owners and staff for caring and being responsible to this community!
Very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and helped us to make a very informed decision on a couch. Price was comparable to other stores in Kokomo, but much better quality. I will be back.
Very unreliable business! Ordered love seat and matching recliner on 10/7/17 was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks! Called store on 10/25/17 only to find out the recliner was being made and would not be delivered until 12/5/17. Canceled order will no longer recommend or do business there
