Not to mention their server is down regularly, and until someone at the bank fixes the issue, you have no online access to your account. This means when it goes down Sunday morning, you have no access until Monday morning.
I find it odd they spent tens of thousands on a new parking lot and have entirely neglected the end user experience which one will use 99% of the time.
They updated online banking and it sucks
The online banking is behind the times. The functionality and overall feel of the online banking system is what you would expect in year 1999.
The bank was nice enough to let us go ahead and cash our checks after 12 o'clock B 4 they went home. Stayed after for 35 min.
