Have always been treated well, staff is friendly, Katrina N.P, very courteous and competent, like all the gals in the business, Would recommend anyone go to them.
Office staff is a bunch of unreasonable idiots! Called the office manager and let her know that we would be a little bit late for our 11:40 a.m. appointment due to a lot of construction in the area and she replied that anything more than 10 minutes they would have to reschedule because of their so-called 10-minute policy. So we were 10 minutes late and apparently the dermatologist had already went to lunch early because the office manager said that they go to lunch from 12 to 1 and we were there in the waiting room waiting to check in at 11:50 made us reschedule despite having driven all the way from Noblesville. When we rescheduled they made us wait 30 minutes before being seen (as a result I was late to work) after we did finally see the dermatologist he was cool and knew exactly what to do very skilled. However, that is precisely why I gave two stars and not one.
I started going to Randall Dermatology approximately a year ago. I was treated amazing from the first appt. I used to go to Indy but was not happy with the customer service. I'm so happy I tried Randall. Love the staff and Mark, who does my Botox. Jackie is great also on the Medspa side.
THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!! I was sent to them by my OB because of a horrible rash I developed. My face is swollen and hurts so bad. The front desk lady was rude as can be from the moment I walked in. The nurse was nice but the doctor was the most condescending man I've ever met. Acting like I did something to cause the rash. I'm 27 weeks pregnant and very careful about what I use and eat. He said it looked like a poison but I haven't been outside other than to get the mail or get in the car. My neighbor is always spraying stuff because she hates grass. so I told him it may be something that she sprayed. He rolled his eyes at me. Said he would send in a prescription for a topical steroid to help get rid of the rash and swelling since it is so bad. It never got sent in. I had to call 2 times that first day after seeing them and they closed without sending it. Then the next day I had swollen eyes and my sister called and we both talked to them twice and still nothing was sent in and they acted like I was putting them out!! I still have not received it!! I'm 27 weeks pregnant and can barely eat from the swelling! Do the damn job you're being paid to do without being rude about it! I will NEVER go to them again!!!
