I left in tears. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. The Dr's assistant was extremely snotty and rude to me for absolutely no reason. Since my spinal fusion, I've had constant lower back pain. We relocated here from Illinois, and I'll be researching for another Dr.
Dr Martinez is awesome I have had several spinal injections by others and this is the first time I felt no pain at all.staff is great too...
In two years of treatment doctor has never done physical exam. Spends less than five minutes. Then dismisses you without so much as how is your quality of life. Worse doctor's I've ever seen.
I don't even want to give it 1 star. This place is RUDICULOUS!!!! They do not care about your pain. They just want to pump you with injections so you will owe them an arm & a leg. They bribe you with pain pills. I have called there over 20 times last week and have gotten NO help. I have left several messages. A lady just accidentally picked up the phone trying to make a call out & I was on the phone. She tried telling me I haven't called then was supposedly getting someone else to help me & ive been on perpetual hold. A freaking joke is what they are. Don't go here if you are really seeking help cause u sure won't get it from them.
The staff and the Dr are great, no problems out of me , had a implant done it is helping
