$323 IT COST FOR MY 17 YR TEETH CLEANING (AFTER INS) Perfect Smiles Dental Care It took them 2 months for my first bill that said $83 (they promised fluoride was covered they checked.NOT) Today bill marked 120 days past due $240 Sealents that they said oh yes, we are very sure they are covered on your ins. GUESS NOT. LIARS!!! and mark a bill that I've NEVER seen 120days late! CAUTION! Don't get ripped off like me.
