I ordered 4 shirts to benefit the Kokomo tornado victims. Their customer service is horrible. After waiting over a month and getting the (I've already mailed it speech) and never receiving my order, I finally asked for a refund. Of course they don't do refunds at their business. I finally had to contest the charge with my credit card company since I never received the shirts. Will never do business with this company again. This place is terrible. Be careful if you buy from them.
Based on the experience I've had one wouldn't recommend them for anything other than alterations.
Highly recommend, the ladies here are awesome and go out of their way to get exactly what you want.
I bought scrub uniforms for my entire staff last week. They are extremely nice, wonderfully helpful, quick, and the quality of the uniforms was amazing! I ordered several pairs in several different sizes. They showed a lot of patience when I needed to exchange some of the uniforms for different sizes due to an error I made. When I asked for them to create a tshirt with our logo, it was done within a day or two! I am so happy with their services that I will be using them for all of my uniform needs! Thank you!
I love Kokomo Uniform... They have something for everyone there. I was needing a logo made for some shirts that our church had made by another company... Dawn sat and took her time and cleaned up the logo made it look awesome and just like the shirt that I brought in. Not only that but she offered us close to the same amount we were paying at a different place. I know now that if I get me some hoodies from there that Dawn will also give us a deal on them too!!!
