Had a diagnostic went picked it up very friendly told us the problem and we made a appointment i called back to set up a new appointment he told me he fired his Secretary because she didnt tell us there was a charge for diagnostic but he didnt tell us either and refused my business i would have paid for the diagnostic service no problem this is a mechanic i wouldn't recommend
