One low mark for being honest about spending more for repairs than a bike is worth? I would have given Victory the "highest " rating for that.

Victory Bikes is in my opinion one of the best bike shops anywhere. Highest rating on both value and service.
Really nice guys. Seems like wizardry how well they can diagnose and fix problems with my bike. Always been reasonable and trustworthy.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I bought a recumbent trike this past week and they have a 12 months same as cash plan plus they offer a free $100 in accessories, threw in a water bottle cage and mounted it as well as a free flag. They will let you test ride any of their bikes or trikes to see which ones you like.
Drove up here after visiting all the Indy bike shops. Dave & Tony are awesome! They were willing to deal a bit on price, which is not the case with any of the Indy shops. They were also extremely knowledgeable and reasonable in their recommendations. 2 years of service included!
And a low mark for no reason borders being mean , in my opinion.
