I went in May if 2017 and had not had my hair cut in a long time, therefore I had no beautician to do it. I wanted to give then a try and was very disappointed. I brought in numerous pictures of the cut I wanted, only to find out half way threw the hair cut that the girl had only been cutting hair a few months. I basically had to walk her three the cut and tell her how to do it, only to have her leave it unfinished because she was more concerned about her next eye brow waxing appointment. I had to go home and fix and finish the cut myself. I feel this place has the attitude of get them in and out as fast as possible to make the most amount of money they can. I would not ever recommend them to anyone.
Ellyn Keck was AMAZING!! I rarely get my haircut because they always mess it up. Don't get me wrong, I have long very thick hair and it takes a while to do anything with it so I understand. But she did awesome! It took her 3 hours to cut and highlight my hair but it was completely worth it! She was so nice and friendly the entire time and really tried to make my hair look great. She is definitely my go to hair stylist from here on out.
Amazing staff and facility! They make you feel very welcome and appreciated. I have been going there for probably about 20 years now and have never had a bad experience. They do a lot to give back to the community as well.
I have been going for years to get massages. They do a great job.
