Very spunky crew members. Have never had a bad experience. They keep the place clean; the food hot; always stuffing you full of rolls lol! Will continue to dine here
On our visit, the hostess confused "Jennifer" for "Justin," leaving us to sit in the holding pen for upwards of 30 minutes (the wait time stated was 10), until my husband sussed out the error. The server forgot to bring my son his drink, he waited 15 minutes longer for his tea than I did my overly saccherine adult beverage. An hour later our food had yet to materialize. Finally the waitress cops to our food having been served to the wrong table. They did discount our meal 10 percent for the trouble. The food tasted excellent however.
The place was clean, service was pretty good, but the burger tasted like nothing but salt. Not really what I remember as a Roadhouse Burger, but then again maybe this location isn't known for its burgers. Certainly will get something else if I return, probably like the ribs. Madonna was a great server, have to make mention, and there were plenty of other staff constantly on the go, cleaning, sweeping, and scrubbing tables.
I go to this steakhouse often and love the service and the environment. Although every time I get a steak and ask for a medium well, it's always medium.. but other than that, it was good. So 4-stars for great service!
The steak was pretty good. I go here fairly regularly. I'm not sure why prices are higher though. The service isn't better here than most places in the area. I can get a steak of similar quality in this area for half the price. At this rate, I'd rather for a higher quality smaller piece of meat at Ruth's Chris or Harry and Izzys or Peterson's.
