A good restaurant is all about service and food, which can vary from visit to visit, but I must say, my last visit was a five-star experience without doubt. The cook fixed my steak to a flavorful, juicy, thin layer of pink center "medium well" as it should be and my girl's to a perfected "Medium" (Hats off to the chef) Even the baked potatoes were fully cooked with no hard spots and didn't sit underneath a heat lamp. The bartender was exceptionally good at her job in both making of drinks and service to her guests. If I could remember names, I'd give her a shout out and a thumbs-up with high recommendation, but she made me and my girl feel right at home with great service and an awesome sense of humor. We'll definitely be back and give this round 2 thumbs-up!!!
All the staff made a wonderful day so much better. We went to celebrate the adoption of our 4 children...we found out that more than one staff member there were also adopted. They made our evening special! The food was awesome! I have been to more than one Outback and this was by far the best experience!
Used to be mine and my families favorite place to eat, but it has really gone down hill when it comes to the quality of your food. We did the curbside take out. When we got our food home it turned into a nightmare. All of our steaks were burnt, we ordered med to med-well. We did not receive all of our loads for our loaded baked potatoes that we paid extra for, and the loads we did receive had raw bacon in them and rotten sour cream which didnt get noticed until one of my kids took a bite! The manager did apologize and replaced all of meals, but we still had to go back and pick them up. It was just too much of a hassle, not to mention the last 2-3 times we ordered curbside take out, our orders would always be missing something. This time, however, we all agreed that we had no choice but to give up our favorite restaurant. It cost too much money for a family of 4 to pay for the poor quality of food and the poor take away service of them constantly forgetting part of your order. We used to love their food, its sad that after all these years we were forced to have to find a new favorite steakhouse, which we are still looking for.
The wings are a lot smaller than they used to be. Not worth $10.99 in my opinion. I got a sirloin steak that was good and cooked right. However the thing I liked the most was the bite of my sons cheeseburger. Even well done it still had good flavor. I think the steak and wings are overpriced but the burger at $9.99 is worth it.
I wish they had a spicy meter on their menu. My sandwich was way to spicy to eat and the mayo had spice in it too so it didn't cool it down at all. Overall nice establishment though and the staff was very friendly. :)
